Singer 4432 Vs 4452 Comparison In Detail

Singer 44 series is the series of affordable heavy duty sewing machines. There are several models in this series, with small difference in features. Singer 4432 and 4452 are two machines that belong to this series. Both machines are popular for their features, stitch quality and affordability. Since the model numbers are different, the first question will be, what is the difference between these two machines? Or is there any difference at all? Let us find out.

Singer 4432 Vs 4452 - Major Feature Differences

Both machines come in grey color, but there is a slight difference in color. To be honest, color is not something that really matters for a sewing machine. What matter the most are stitch quality, usability and build quality. The stitch quality on 4432 and 4452 are really good. And they can sew really fast, thanks to the 1,100 stitches/min motor (it is a gem). The machines are easy to thread and use. Even though these machines come with a heavy duty tag, most of the exterior parts are made of plastic. This is very much acceptable considering the segment they are placed in. Interior parts are all metal and the overall build quality is pretty good. In addition to this, both machines come with beginner friendly features like automatic needle threader, top drop-in bobbin, one-step buttonhole, extra high presser foot lifter, free arm, drop feed etc.

You might be wondering why I am talking about the common features, when the title is 'Major Feature Differences'. It is because there are no feature differences at all. Both Singer 4432 and 4452 are identical in features. The only difference between these two machines is that Singer 4452 comes with a bonus accessory package in addition to the standard accessories. Bonus accessories include walking Foot, non-stick foot, clearance plate and heavy Duty Needles – Size 16. So you will have to consider the price of these bonus accessories in the final price of 4452.

The standard accessories that come with both 4432 and 4452 include All-Purpose Foot, Zipper Foot, Buttonhole Foot, Button Sewing Foot, Seam Ripper / Lint Brush, Quilting Guide, Needles, Bobbins, Screwdriver, Auxiliary Spool Pin, Spool Pin Felt and Soft-Sided Dust Cover.
